Joillakin toimipaikoilla ohjelmisto oli asennettu k\u00e4ytt\u00e4jille paikallisesti eiv\u00e4tk\u00e4 suunnittelijat p\u00e4\u00e4sseet n\u00e4kem\u00e4\u00e4n toistensa t\u00f6it\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tietojen jakamista toteutettiin esimerkiksi jakamalla Porin projektiin osallistuvalle Tampereen toimiston henkil\u00f6lle Porin ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6\u00f6n kytketty Vertex. Ty\u00f6skentely tapahtui jatkuvasti verkon ylitse, mik\u00e4 3D-mallien suurten tiedostokojen vuoksi oli usein hidasta.<\/p>\n<p>Toimipisteiden v\u00e4listen hankkeiden lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyess\u00e4 Swecolla havahduttiin siihen, ett\u00e4 yhteisprojektien synnytt\u00e4m\u00e4t haasteet olisi ratkaistava.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/vertex.fi\/g4plant\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2022\/03\/Karri_Sarja_Sweco_Vertex-Kayttajapaivat_2021-0-00-00-00_2.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;Karri_Sarja_Sweco_Vertex-K\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4p\u00e4iv\u00e4t_2021 (0-00-00-00)_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><em>Karri Sarja kertoi Vertex-p\u00e4iv\u00e4ss\u00e4, miten Sweco ratkaisi toimistojen yhteisprojektien suunnittelutiedon jakamisen haasteen sek\u00e4 selkeytti ja tehosti suunnitteluty\u00f6t\u00e4.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Aluetoimistojen sujuva yhteisty\u00f6 ykk\u00f6stavoite<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ensin m\u00e4\u00e4riteltiin kuusi t\u00e4rkeint\u00e4 kehityskohdetta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Usean suunnittelijan ty\u00f6skentely samaan aikaan samassa ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ss\u00e4 oli haastavaa, koska suunnittelijoiden oli vaikeaa ty\u00f6st\u00e4\u00e4 samaa mallia tai piirustusta yht\u00e4aikaisesti.<\/li>\n<li>Aluetoimistojen keskin\u00e4inen yhteisty\u00f6 ja et\u00e4ty\u00f6 oli jatkuvaa verkon yli ty\u00f6skentely\u00e4, mik\u00e4 aiheutti viiveit\u00e4.<\/li>\n<li>Eri toimistot eiv\u00e4t n\u00e4hneet toistensa komponenttikirjastoja, joten sama asia tai ty\u00f6vaihe tehtiin useaan kertaan.<\/li>\n<li>Salassa pidett\u00e4vi\u00e4 projekteja varten asennettiin erillisi\u00e4 Vertex-ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6j\u00e4, joihin oli p\u00e4\u00e4sy vain tarkasti rajatulla ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4joukolla \u2013 t\u00e4m\u00e4 ty\u00f6llisti IT-tukea ja p\u00e4\u00e4k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ji\u00e4 turhaan.<\/li>\n<li>Erilaiset tiedostomuodot piirustuksista ja malleista k\u00e4\u00e4nnettiin k\u00e4sin, koska tarjolla ei ollut automatiikkaa. T\u00e4m\u00e4 lis\u00e4si suunnittelijoiden ty\u00f6m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e4\u00e4k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4n k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n varattuja koontamalleja ei pystynyt rajaamaan vain p\u00e4\u00e4k\u00e4ytt\u00e4jille, joten ty\u00f6n menetys oli jatkuva uhka.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>T\u00e4rkeimm\u00e4ksi tavoitteeksi asetettiin toimistojen v\u00e4listen t\u00f6iden jakamisen helpottuminen. Isojen mallien toisinaan melko tahmeaan k\u00e4sittelyyn toivottiin my\u00f6s ratkaisua. Samalla etsittiin keinoja yhten\u00e4ist\u00e4\u00e4 toimintatapoja, jolloin my\u00f6s eri toimipaikkojen henkil\u00f6iden liittyminen projekteihin olisi vaivatonta.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/vertex.fi\/g4plant\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2022\/03\/Sweco1.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;Sweco Finland&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Vertex Flow tarjosi ratkaisun kehityskohteisiin<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Karri Sarja kertoo, ett\u00e4 Sweco puntaroi useampaa ohjelmistovaihtoehtoa, joka toisi prosesseihin toivottua kehityst\u00e4. &#8211; Vuoden 2020 kes\u00e4kuussa tuotetiedonhallinnan j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4 <a href=\"https:\/\/vertex.fi\/flow\/\">Vertex Flow<\/a> p\u00e4\u00e4tettiin testata pilottihankkeena asiakasprojektissa, joka oli jo aiemmin k\u00e4ynnistynyt vanhalla tyylill\u00e4. J\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4 saatiin helposti kytketty\u00e4 mukaan projektiin lennosta.<\/p>\n<p>Ratkaisun ansiosta aluetoimistoilla on nyt mahdollisuus tehd\u00e4 helposti projektin sis\u00e4ist\u00e4 yhteisty\u00f6t\u00e4. Tiedon nopea l\u00f6ytyminen helpottaa ty\u00f6n tekemist\u00e4 ja tehostaa toimintaa.<\/p>\n<p>Usean suunnittelijan yht\u00e4aikaisessa ty\u00f6skentelyss\u00e4 mallin ja piirustusten lukitus est\u00e4\u00e4 sen, ettei useampi henkil\u00f6 voi muokata saamaa tiedostoa yht\u00e4 aikaa. Jokaisella suunnittelijalla on silti mahdollisuus ottaa sama tiedosto referenssiksi omaan ty\u00f6skentely-ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6\u00f6ns\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; P\u00e4\u00e4k\u00e4ytt\u00e4jille voidaan varata asetuksista mallit, joita muut eiv\u00e4t pysty muokkaamaan. He my\u00f6s pystyv\u00e4t katselemaan referensseiksi valitsemiaan tiedostoja. T\u00e4ll\u00e4 poistettiin riski siit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4k\u00e4ytt\u00e4jien aiemmin tekem\u00e4 ty\u00f6 saatettaisiin menett\u00e4\u00e4. Maanlaajuisesti toimivalla yhti\u00f6ll\u00e4 on yhteens\u00e4 17\u00a0500 ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4\u00e4 ja sen liikevaihto on noin kaksi miljardia euroa vuodessa.
